Annual Beyond and Back
Thursday, April 23
Please join us for the annual Beyond and Back on April 23 from 4:00 - 5:30 pm in the Campbell Student Union Assembly Halls. This annual event, held each spring semester, is meant to bring full circle all the global and service learning activities completed by our students and faculty – sharing what has been done and what is possible for those interested in doing even more! Beyond and Back features a panel of alumni as well as a poster session and information tables where past participants and program leaders share details and reflections about their IPDP experiences.

IPDP Consortium
Through the Michael and Nancy Chicola International Professional Development Partnerships (IPDP) Consortium, educators gain a rich and varied perspective that informs their professional path.
Buffalo State offers IPDP opportunities through short-term, faculty-led programs, international student teaching, and experienced educator collaborations wherein participants are placed in international schools or community centers to engage in immersive teaching and learning initiatives, build personal and professional relationships with colleagues from different backgrounds, and develop the knowledge, skills, and experiences necessary for effective, globally-minded practice.
