Location
Lusaka, Zambia (view map) is located in the southern part of the central plateau of the Republic of Zambia. Lusaka is the country's largest city and capital. Zambia, a landlocked country located in southeast Africa, has a tropical climate with and average temperature of 68°F and two seasons - rainy from November to April, and dry from May to October. English is the official language of Lusaka, although there are 8 recognized regional languages.

Program Overview
Final program costs are determined once all participants are enrolled. The current program estimate of $5500 - $6000 is all inclusive and consists of: round-trip flight, lodging, group ground transportation, group cultural excursions, travel health and evacuation insurance, required immunizations/medications, administrative fees, and passport. Some expenses are included in a one-time fee applied to participants' Buffalo State tuition. Other expenses participants direct-pay to vendors before and during travel.
